Instructions for Virtual Branch

Online Banking/Internet Banking

  • Click on Enroll Online, enter in the information requested.
  • Click the link to log in, enter Login ID, choose a phrase, and enter security code

For Mobile Banking

Log in to Online Banking

  • Go to the Self Service tab
  • Under the Additional Services box there is a link for Mobiliti
  • Follow the prompts/instructions to set up Mobile banking
  • App code is: mobilerev781

For Bill Pay

Log on to Online Banking

  • Click on the Bill Pay tab
  • Be sure to have accounts and addresses ready to enter in to the site
  • Set up automatic payments (optional)
  • Set up pay one time payments (optional)
  • Set up E-Bills, look at your bills online

For eStatements/paperless statements

  • Login to the web site, using your Login ID
  • Enter your security code
  • Click on the Self Service tab at the top of the page
  • Under Additional Services, click the eStatments link
  • Enter account ID, this is your member number with us/bank account number with us
  • Enter your email address
  • Click submit

When you want to check your statement you can revisit the website at any time

  • Login to the web site, using your Login ID
  • Enter your security code
  • Click on the Self Service tab
  • Click on the link eStatements

Once you have enrolled online for eStatements, please email us back stating that you have enrolled online for E-statements.

New Online Banking LOGIN Instructions
When you log into Online Banking for the first time after our upgrade, you will be required to enter your Login ID and Security Code.

LOGON ID is your Primary Member Number. Your Logon ID must contain at least 6-digits. If your Member Number is less than 6 digits, you must enter the leading zeroes to make it 6 digits.

Example:
12345 must be entered as 012345.
1234 must be entered as 001234.
123 must be entered as 000123.

SECURITY CODE is the last 4-digits of the Primary Account Holder’s Social Security Number

You will be prompted to change your Logon ID and Security Code

Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Logon ID and Security Code the next time you log on to Online Banking.
